What is a mobile notary?
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents at your convenience—whether that’s your home, office, hospital, or another agreed location.

What types of documents can you notarize?
We notarize a wide range of documents, including powers of attorney, wills and trusts, affidavits, medical authorization forms, and business agreements.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required to ensure availability. Same-day and last-minute appointments may be available—please call or text to check.
What are your hours?
We offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your schedule.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours services?
Yes, emergency and after-hours appointments may be available for an additional fee.

How much do you charge?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (such as Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo).
What to expect
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
You will need a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and the document(s) to be notarized (unsigned unless instructed otherwise).
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes, all signers must be physically present and able to provide valid identification.
Can you help me fill out my documents?
No, as a notary public, we cannot provide legal advice or assist in completing documents. Please have documents fully prepared before your appointment.
Special situations
Can you notarize documents in hospitals or nursing homes?
Yes, we frequently travel to hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
What if someone cannot sign their name?
Special accommodations may be available depending on the situation—please contact us in advance to discuss.
Can you notarize for someone who does not speak English?
The signer must be able to communicate directly with the notary. Use of a translator is not allowed.
Legal & compliance
What forms of ID are acceptable?
Acceptable IDs include state-issued driver’s license or ID card, U.S. passport, and military ID. All IDs must be current or issued within the last allowed timeframe under Texas law.
Can you notarize expired IDs?
In most cases, no. Please contact us to confirm acceptable identification requirements.
Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
Not at this time, we will be offering secure online notarization at a later date.
